How to cope with Grief?

It's the most important knowledge in your life and everything you see around is energy. The entire Universe is made up of energy and you yourself are a pitch of energy (Spirit) from the Universe. Physically speaking, energy is nothing but your ability to do some action or bring about some change. The amazing fact about energy is that it cannot be either created or destroyed. What's possible is that energy can be converted from one form into another form. Actually speaking, this is what happens in the entire Universe. The total amount of energy and matter in the Universe remains to be the same. It remains constant because energy can only be converted. 

The energy to be used: You come up with a lot of potential energy, lying dormant inside. What you do in your simulative existence is only the conversion of energy inside and outside. Your life, in other words, can be called the conversion of energy. You need your energy frequently recharged to use your body the way you want. For example, you get energy from the food items you have and the energy is converted into kinetic energy when you do some action. Your physical movement as an organism is nothing but the use of kinetic energy. Your energy inside is rechargeable and that's what happens when you take food. Energy in its true form can't make any sort of experience or get evolved. Energy cooperates with energy and get entangled and this is how matter is formed. Matter, in other words, is the cooperation and collaboration of energy. Energy is converted into matter, made up of molecules, consisting of atoms and electrons. On the quantum level, matter is not so solid as you think it is as it consists of 99% empty space. Matter is just a tissue of vibrating fields of energy. When the energy is in the low states of vibration matter is formed. You can store and convey all the information in the energy. For example, the different souls you make, taking different birth cycles or everything is recorded in your spirit and the Quantum Field, your spirit is the part of. In other words, you can't keep any secrets. A spiritually qualified person or a practitioner can get access to this wide database. This is how the mediums and past life regeressionists work among you. The qualified among you who have already been on the optimal path, get automatic access to the database where every single piece of advanced information has already been seeded. Most of your invention for the betterment of your society happened out of the intuitive hits rather than your acquired, limited knowledge. Many a qualified person gets the intuitive knowledge at the same time. This is how different people from different parts make the same invention sometimes at the same time. This wider network of database (Akashic Records, as you call it) which is as pervasive as the whole Universe itself, is the real source of your consciousness which gets heavily filtered by the brain. Your actions, thoughts, feelings or everything is being recorded. The record helps your soul have a life review after your death and determine the next course of life, correcting the entropy. 

Energy influences matter and vice versa: Energy can easily influence matter and vice versa. Every single thought you have is electric energy. When you feel something you are actually creating strong magnetic energy. When you mix your thoughts and emotions/feelings you generate a strong wave of electromagnetic energy which can influence matter, be it someone or something. This is how your blessing or curse becomes more effective. In other words, you can charge someone or something positively or negatively by applying your thoughts and emotions together. The more conscious you are, the more energy you can manipulate. You are powerful enough to raise the vibratory frequency of your energy. Planetary movements and some quantum leap occurred somewhere else in the universe definitely affect matter. This is what your Astrology is all about. But as a sentient being, you can use your free will and build up the pattern of life you want. You and your free will are so powerful. The things like Telepathy and Telekinesis are the perfect examples of how energy can influence matter. Matter and energy are the different version of the same and you can convert one into the other. Evolution becomes possible through the collaboration of matter and energy. Energy can be transferred given the right environment. This is how you can get positively polarized by positive practices or people and vice versa. Energy is everywhere and is interconnected everywhere. Empty space, actually speaking, is your optical illusion. It appears that even the most perfect vaccum is filled up with tiny little particles. On the quantum level, everything is one, only the polarization makes the difference. 

What you have to do: Keep yourself away from the negative polarization of energy which happens when you maintain the company of negative network of people or from your negative thoughts. You can program your brain to produce only positive thoughts which can be practiced easily through a regularized pattern of Mediation. This happens because your consciousness is never produced by brain which gets it filtered instead. Never focus more on your survival in such a way that you use others for that, ensuring higher entropy. Physically speaking, you are the cooperation of different energies. Your body is the result of the combined energy from your mother and father and is hired for some time by a pitch of energy (Spirit)from the Universe. Spirit is your true self and actually speaking, you own nothing here, not even your body. You are using your body as a vessel to get evolved. The experience you make through a body is called Soul which could be formed either negatively or positively. In other words, you are an entrapped pitch of energy inside matter. You have willingly done it so that you are able to make plenty of experience. Even though matter makes you enjoy life and learn a lot of lessons, your spirit inside is heavily influenced by the molecular composition of matter and gets a filtered vision. It's pretty difficult for a pitch of energy to get evolved from a simulated existence which is absolutely necessary to make experiences, needed to get evolved. Step by step, you learn things. You learn about your physical existence, movement, survival, defense etc. Initially you are more focused on your survival. And are ready to do whatever is possible for that. You mistakingly think that you are your body. You make clashes. Compete with each other. You don't like someone else, living a much better life as you are self centric. Unfortunately, you have to use many bodys in many repetitive birth cycles to come to the advanced lessons of cooperation, collaboration, wholehearted service etc. Love is the ultimate level of knowledge and consciousness you can reach, working out of limited system, the practice of which keeps you super conscious and leads you to Liberation. It's the ultimate goal or destination, for which you play many simulative games.
