What's rite or practice of exorcism? Well, Exorcism is the expulsion or attempted expulsion of a supposed evil spirit from a person or place.

What makes you possessed: The Karmic bondage makes you choose a birth of low vibratory frequency and then if you don't try to raise your vibratory frequency, you are more likely to be possessed. Possession is a personality hijack performed on you by an imposing, manipulative evil entity. Your vibratory frequency is otherwise called the Aura, which is a Bio-electro-magnetic field radiating from every living and non living things. The frequency level emanating from your body can easily be noticed by the negative spirits, ghosts or incorporeal entities that are wanders with the evil intentions. Subliminal mis-programing you have had since birth is another important reason. It lowers your frequency in such a way that you are extremely fearful or highly superstitions. It puts you in a low bandwidth of frequency, which is vulnerable to evil forces as you tend to feed their frequency. Your strong invitation or calls of acceptance through intentional acts or through the use of the Ouija Board can make you vulnerable to the evil entities if you have a lower level of vibratory frequency. Another important reason is your own mental disorder which makes you feel possessed and it can get over with psychiatric counselling. The reasons behind it include major interpersonal conflicts, feelings of guilty, hysteria, subjectively meaningful circumstances, illness, and death of an individual or dreaming of a deceased individual, deities, animals, or devils. Symptoms may include movement or disturbances including inhibition or hyperactivity, sensory disturbances including the visual or auditory changes, emotional constriction or hyperemotionality and psychological symptoms like Wandering, Amnesia, Pseudodementia, or Multiple personality. The possessed person is, sometimes, likely to get access to the altered states of mind, where they display special skills. When you are affected by a negative human spirit it's the ghost possession. When you are affected by an alien negative spirit, it's the demonic possession. Demons are negatively more polarized and they come from a different dimension. The soul's attachment on your spirit makes you a ghost and repeated negative birth cycles can make your spirit demonic as it find itself difficult to be awakened faster. 

How to deal with possession or how to exorcise: A) Understand what's happening: The evil spirits or demons are the polar opposite of positive or high vibration energy. Hauntings happen when a human dies and refuses to cross over because of the strong influence from soul, which reflects physical attachment until the spirit is fully awakened. They fight to stay on the Earthly realm but, without a body, they are fighting a losing battle. In order to stick around, they must siphon energy from a person or people to sustain themselves. The paranormal activity by a negative spirit or demon is not easily noticeable but can be identified through bad smell, household items being thrown across, the automatic action of doors or windows closing or opening and the outburst of some creepy sound. You may feel like being physically attacked, raped, scratched, dragged or slapped. 

B) Raise your vibratory frequency: The practice of love strengthens your vibratory frequency even without your knowledge, forming the ripple effects of protective electro- magnetic waves around. The evil entities can't bear such an Aura emanating from you as it's so strong that they are either repellent or positively awakened.

C) Never let the evil force feed off you: The negative spirits are a cry for help actually; the souls, bearing the burden of negative karma, despair, disrespect, power struggle, and domination. They know only fear and how to make others fearful. Know their basic nature and never ever become fearful. You are an equally powerful spirit too. If you are the practitioner of love, you won't get fearful at all. If you are bold enough to command them, they get fearful and repellent. And if you start loving them, with empathy and compassion, with the knowledge that you are dealing with your own extension, that needs help, they start to have burning sensation. They can't stand that. The spark of love is so powerful that the evil spirit is positively converted or repellent, never to return. Know the fact that fear is the polar opposite of love. Fear comes out of the feeling of separation. Love is the knowledge of connection and the fact that you are everything and you are dealing with another version of yourself. Such a knowledge makes you have the urgency of helping the jeopardized version of yours. As a result, the more fear it wants you to have, the less fearful you become. This is what the Exorcists do, they use their strong commands, positive touches, done in the name of pure love(God) to ward off the evil spirit. 

D) The application of positively charged things or places: You know the fact that everything is pure conscious energy vibrating in different frequency. There's no difference between the animate and inanimate things on the quantum level. When you mix your thoughts with feelings you actually generate strong electro- magnetic waves, which can be fired at the things or people you want. In other words, you can charge something negatively or positively.  This is how your curse or blessing becomes effective. Remember that you are a multi- dimensional sentient being, who is the integral part of the Universe and Universe lies incomplete without you. The use of rosaries or metallic symbols or marks of religious orders, chants, mantras, or incantations are positively charged objects or terms with the focus on pure love. In other words, these are the metaphors for being more focused, energized or positive with the concentration on pure love. You can make objects, writings, symbols or marks so positively charged that the vibratory frequency is higher in such a way that the negative force stays repellent. In the same way, the evil energy is repulsive when the possessed is taken to positively charged places like religious worship centers or prayer rooms etc...
