Junk food and you ?Well, Nowadays, it appears that everyone is following a very busy schedule, where they don't have time for anything, including the choice of a healthy diet . Haste always makes a whole lot of problems. You forget the fact that you can't do anything without a proper biological system. You do things with the help of a body, which needs to be nourished by a very healthy diet. 

What junk food is: Junk food, generally speaking, is high in calories, either because of sugary or fatty contents. Junk food lacks necessary minerals, vitamins, proteins and dietary fiber even though you get high level of calories. Any of the food item you make using excessive amounts of saturated fat can be treated as junk food as it's unhealthy for sure. 

How you are physically affected: The regular intake of junk food makes you obese and Jeopardizes your health with a number of diseases like stroke, type 2 diabetes, and even cancer. Moreover, it gives you digestive problems and heart diseases. It's like you are booking a ticket for your premature death. 

How you are mentally affected: Junk food adversely affects your neurochemistry in such a way that you tend to be depressed more. Every single time when you eat some junk food, it triggers the release of the neurotransmitter Dopamine, hardwiring your brain in such a way that you desire more junk food items always. In other words, your brain makes you addicted to junk food so fast. Daily intake of junk food causes Neuroinflammation, which is powerful enough to damage your brain cells. In addition to the above, junk food intake adversely affects your Neuroplasticity, which is your ability to self regulate your neurochemistry, forming new memories and learning new things. You are likely to develop Dementia, as bad diets can either cause cholesterol related disruption of blood supply to the brain cells or high blood pressure inside.

How you are spiritually affected: The fast food intake lowers your vibratory frequency of energy. Even though, you feel some kind of energy spike at the time when you have junk food, know that it's not going to last long. You tend to feel more depleted of energy, moving on. The bad diets definitely change the way your neurochemistry works and you feel lethargic, sluggish, and less confident. Such a biological change, adversely affects your optimism and fosters negative ideas and emotions. In other words, you are more likely to be negatively polarized. As fast food weakens your normal tendency to sleep, you suffer from the lack of sleep, which can make your mood always negative. In short, the regular intake of junk food, blocks your spiritual awakening, keeping you at the low bandwidth of energy and consciousness

What you are supposed to do: Have a healthy diet. It's so easy and what it needs is a little bit of focus from your part...
