The sense of humor is your tendency to see things in a funny way and find yourself enjoying that. Your humor sense definitely makes you have healthy network of people, drawn towards you and it generates healthy physical and emotional effects in you. The humor sense works as your protective shield in such a way that it strengthens your immune system and keeps you away from depression or anxiety. Good laughter makes you have a balanced life. Your humor sense is what makes you more connected with people and you can use it to release your negative emotions especially anger. It helps you keep yourself more grounded and focused in terms of your life. It fosters your tendency to forgive. It plays a dominant role in lightening your burdens. You know what? Your humor sense always makes you healthy even without your knowledge.

Always remember that laughter is the best possible means to diffuse conflict. Those who have a strong sense of humor tend to outlive those who don't laugh more frequently. In addition to the above, laughter plays a dominant role in terms of strengthening resilience and team work. Laughter is your natural relief from tension, anxiety disorder or stress. 

How to develop a sense of humor: it appears that some of you have it as an innate capacity but it can be developed as a learned habit too. Amusing people, and those who are ready to be amused by others, are pleasant to be around. You have got your humor sense, being developed from your birth onwards. Your humor sense can be moulded through your upbringing and situations you have in life. Humor sense can be developed by making fun of yourself or having fun with others. Simulated laughter is when you learn to laugh without having any funny experience. It is triggered by oneself at will and it's a self-induced, self-initiated or voluntary laughter, with no particular reason and is not elicited by external stimuli or humor. Simulated laughter can be just as beneficial as the real one. All of you are born with humor sense and never let it lie dormant inside and try to Laugh at yourself. Share your embarrassing moments and be funny and this is how you re-energize yourself. You are definitely benefitted when you convert your mistakes and embarrassing moments into funny episodes of life, where you can laugh at yourself and make others laugh too. It's your attempt to laugh at situations rather than bemoan them. Remember the funny things that happened and use them as your chance to laugh and make others laugh.
