The solar system has entered a new galactic plane, which energizes you with the right environment to practice all the good qualities in life including forgiveness. Forgiveness always makes you a valuable person. Forgiveness is the intentional letting go of the grudge, resentment or bitterness, you kept inside. 

What Forgiveness is: Forgiveness is, actually speaking, the knowledge that you are everything. Everything comes from the same Source. And you are dealing with your own extensions. Everyone is another version, you have and you are dealing with your own fractions. When you practice this knowledge your life becomes worth the value. You are supposed to be extremely careful about whatever you do. Think at least twice before you do anything. Follow a slow pace and haste always cripples your life. Forgiveness elevates the frequency of your soul. 

How to practice forgiveness: It's definitely very simple. Start your day with a 5- minute meditation in which you have an inner visualization that you have forgiven yourself and whatever happened in life. And practice love. Never get focused on the past, which has already done. Your mind is not the baggage, you have to keep all the negativity in. Make it a river which takes your bitterness away clearing up the way. Forgiveness doesn't mean that you are weak but it's the signature that you understand life much better than others. It means that you don't have any revenge or grudge kept inside as your mind is filled with compassion and empathy instead. Always remember that justice is served at any cost this life time itself and your deeds(Karma) influence your life and your next birth cycle. Life works as if  it's a mirror. You get what you are. Whatever you see outside is only you in another body or format. You don't have to hate anybody. You don't have any enemies because you know everything is one but in different expressions of consciousness. You have to forgive and actually speaking, you don't have to even think about forgiveness, because there is no need for you to forgive when you don't have any concept of forgiveness attached to you as a label. When you practice forgiveness, you can see that you won't have it attached to you as a label and it won't exist in you as it's ousted as a bygone trait. 

How you are affected: Practicing forgiveness makes you a real human. It changes the way your biochemistry works. It paves the way for your evolution as a soul. It raises your vibratory frequency even without your knowledge. It lowers your blood pressure and strengthens your immune system. Always remember the fact that bitterness, kept inside makes you depressed and it adversely affects your immunity. The negativity, kept inside makes your system more vulnerable to fatal diseases. The knowledge that you are everything makes you confident enough to face anything. The practice of forgiveness improves your cholesterol levels and boosts up your sleep. Your practice of forgiveness makes others inspired to follow suit and it makes sure that you successfully get graduated into the higher density of consciousness...
