How important is your emotional support? Well, it is 100% necessary for you as a human. First of all, what is your emotional support?  Well, People show emotional support for others by offering genuine encouragement, reassurance, and compassion. This includes things like verbal expressions of sympathy or physical gestures of affection. Some of you have a knack for being emotionally supportive, but this skill doesn't come naturally to everyone. Generally speaking, emotional support is about providing love, support, reassurance, acceptance, and encouragement in a relationship. It's especially important in times of stress or sadness as it stabilizes the relationship and provides a positive foundation for your relationship. Having a strong social network of family, friends, neighbors or co-workers improves your ability to cope with life's stressors on your own. Your network doesn't need to be large for you to benefit. But you have to maintain a healthy network always.

The research has also shown that different sensations of touch can affect your social interpretations of the people around you in fascinating ways. Always understand that Creation means difference as much as possible and people will have different opinions and views and what you have to do is be respectful of people's feelings and views and disagree with people in a kind and loving way with due respect. Try to complement someone in front of others if they deserve it. And never try to mock, humiliate or hurt someone emotionally in public. When someone suffers an emotional pain from your actions, what really happens is they mix their negative thoughts and emotions aiming at you. In other words, they direct the strong waves of negatively charged electro-magnetic energy at you. Always use the positive words like 'Thank you, I love you, You are so precious' etc when you interact with others. These words are 100% emotionally supportive by nature. Always try to apologize if you feel that you need to do. These are all the simple things you can do with a little bit of focus from your part.
