What Self hypnosis is: Self-hypnosis or auto-hypnosis is the process through which you can reach the hypnotic state by yourself. Actually speaking, it's not something more complicated as you may think. It's the easiest technique by which you program yourself. Know the fact that your brain accepts signal, when it's given only in the present. In other words, you can program your mind only in the present tense. When you use positive affirmations in the present tense, it's found to be the most powerful instructions, your mind pays attention to. Say positive affirmations and it's like talking to yourself. Whenever you make positive affirmations try to have the same inner visualization and feel it. For example, if you say 'I am relaxed now' follow the sentence with the same inner visualization of having relaxed. It doesn't matter whether you go to a trance or not. What matters is how much you feel relaxed and how much you can imagine and feel the things you want as if they have already happened. During self hypnosis you go to an intentional relaxation mode. Start deep inhalation and exhalation for a while and get your breathing normalized. Say to yourself that you are relaxed. Go deeper and deeper into yourself and feel your inner energy and start giving self suggestions and fill yourself with positive affirmations. Make sure that these affirmations are made in the present format, like 'I am peaceful now', 'I am relaxed now'. Every single time when you make the affirmation, try to have the inner visualization in relation to that. Your brain stays programed so fast when you reaffirm something with inner visualization. Self hypnosis is your practice with which you can easily rewire your brain, setting yourself free from the subliminal mis-programing you have had since childhood. How long should you have self hypnosis? Well it's up to you to fix it but self hypnosis for at least 5 minutes is strongly recommended.
