How important are Plants?

What happens when you laugh?
Have you ever thought how important the plants are, in your life?Plants give you everything for free including fruits, shade, oxygen, wood, fragrance, shelter, sap, medicines, leaves and flowers. Spiritually speaking, plants maintain a longer cycle of evolution, comparing to the human cycle of evolution. Your upkeep of the plants helps the plants to be influenced by the human level of vibratory frequency and consciousness and quickens its evolutionary process into the human level. Some sevice minded, evolved entities choose to take voluntery avatars as fruit or flower bearing trees in the lower dimensions with the focus on pure service. When you eat an animal, the nutrition, you get is actually derived from the plants an animal takes. Plants, except for some type of bacteria and algae are the only natural food makers available and every other one is entirely dependent on them.

What a plant is and how important it is to you: A plant can be any a living organism in the plant family like trees, grasses, ferns, mosses shrubs or herbs. The plants are capable of absorbing water and inorganic substances through its roots. Through the process of Photosynthesis, plants synthesize nutrients in leaves. The plants do that by using the green pigment called Chlorophyll. Actually speaking, a tree is a perennial plant with an elongated stem, or trunk, supporting branches and leaves. Always remember that cooperation is the principle behind Creation, not competition or conflict. You have to cooperate with plants as well as they are 100% cooperative with you by fulfilling your food, fodder, fuel, timber, fibre and medicinal needs. Plants/trees are the natural agents to reduce the environmental pollution. Plants are the source of oxygen and sink of Carbon Dioxide. You know what? Plants can reduce the intensity of sound pollution through a phenomenon called Sound Attenuation. Leaves, twigs, and branches on trees, shrubs, and herbaceous growth absorb and deflect sound energy. Plants help you restore degraded pieces of land by improving soil quality, providing suitable nutrient inputs. Plants can absorb toxic elements from soil or water including heavy metals, radioactive contaminates or petroleum products through a process called Phytoremediation in which plant tissues degrade the toxins, and metals by absorbing contaminants such as Lead, Admium, Chromium, Arsenic, and various radionuclides from soils. In short, you can't live without plants and they are as important as your life is to you. Actually speaking, plants play a key role in terms of maintaining the atmosphere by producing oxygen and absorbing carbon dioxide during Photosynthesis. The cellular respiration of all of the aerobic organisms is done through oxygen consumption. You can't deny the role of plants in terms of maintaining the Ozone layer which protects the Earth from the UV radiation.

How sentient plants are: Actually speaking, plants have volition, they show altruism and can understand kinship much like many animal species. They can communicate with each other and can even respond when humans communicate with them. But the means of their communication is totally different from you. Plants can sense the vibratory frequency of energy, you have. Plants can respond to any vibrations. The experiment, playing sounds at 70 decibels near the plants showed that plants responded to that, by increasing their gene activity. The study also concluded that when the frequency of the sound was increased, the plants increased their gene activity as well. Plants can release some odorous chemicals called Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) which can act as a signal of communication via air. It appears that they can communicate through the soil as well, by secreting soluble chemicals. The research shows that some bean plants, infested by Aphid released VOCs into the air as a warning strategy to their neighbors, and the neighbors responded by emitting different VOCs in order to repel aphids and attract Aphid-hunting wasps. Studies show that plants and bees can communicate indirectly and this is how the process of pollination is at work. The bees and plants can pick up each other’s signals. Plants have their own sentient feature and they can hear a bug approaching, sense the presence of gravity and water and make necessary physical changes. They can feel even some obstruction nearby.

How unique the way they are: Even though The plants don't have sensory organs, nerves or muscles, they do have their unique way of processing and integrating the sensory data. A group of researchers, as part of a study played a record of a caterpillar chewing a leaf to plants and the plants definitely reacted by secreting defensive chemicals as they sensed the terrifying sound of a caterpillar munching on its leaves. Plants can send electrical signals to each other and even produce Neurotransmitters, like Dopamine, Serotonin and other chemicals exactly as your brain does. When the researchers used a contraption, capable of making a Mimosa plant collapse its leaves and repeated the process every 5 seconds, the plant grew so sensible that it stopped responding to the contraption as if the stimulus was irrelevant. It shows how they can learn things. Plants, even though not as self-conscious as animals, know where they are in space and what happens around. Even though they don't have noses they can detect chemical signals in the air. If an insect comes and starts chewing the leaves, the plants can feel or hear that they are being chewed on and start releasing chemicals to stop it. Scientists found that spraying water droplets on plants caused them to change their expression. The scientists noticed the changes in terms of their physiological response which lasted for half an hour. The scientists also found that the gentle touch with tweezers produces the same physiological cascade in plants. Like animals, plants can also understand what is happening in their surroundings and respond to them. It appears that plants can easily detect and respond to your touch, the presence of chemicals, light or gravity and atmospheric changes. A plant can alter its growth rate or change the direction of its growth in response to a physical change. You can fondly talk to them. Your sound is some sort of vibratory movement for them. But they can sense the level of frequency, you maintain and understand whether you are speaking well or ill of them. You can't deny the role of plants in terms of maintaining the Ozone layer, which protects the Earth from the UV radiation.

What you have to do: You are supposed to give the plants the due respect and never spit or urinate on them. They are conscious the way they are. You are more sentient than they are and it gives you the responsibility to take care of them. Promote your gardening skills, grow kitchen garden. Get the right plant. You can make necessary arrangements so that the plants get enough light. Be consistent with your plants, use the good dirt, cut the dead stuff, use fully composted yard waste, keep an eye on the bugs and clean up in the fall. Don't over-water your plants and prune damaged limbs at the right time. Studies show that the house plants, you grow can remove up to 87% of air toxin in 24 hours and indoor plants improve your concentration and productivity by reducing stress levels and boosting your mood. At work, if you place plants, especially those with broad leaves, on your desk, they will help regulate humidity and increase levels of positivity. Indoor plants serve both practical and aesthetic purposes always. Plants, put next to your bed can help you get a better night's sleep. House plants can produce additional oxygen for your room. And anyone with sleep apnea will get more oxygen at night is much better for a good night's rest. Plants release carbon dioxide, at night. But you can have a few plants in the bed room as the amount of carbon dioxide is not harmful. Make sure that you select proper plants for your bedroom...
