What is your judgement?

What is your Racial & Ethnic Identity?
Your judgement? Well, It appears that most of you feel judged negatively by others sometimes. Many of you definitely try to judge others in day-to-day life. Just have a check.

What judgement is: Actually speaking, judgement is adjudication, which means the evaluation of evidence to make a decision. But nobody should be negatively judged. If you don't give someone a chance  when they are saying or doing something and you disregard their opinion or action with impulsivity then, you are judging them negatively. It shows your lack of empathy and proper understanding about what life is. Humans, in general, tend to judge others always; good/bad or like/dislike, with lots of nuance in between. When you judge someone's life, you judge them based on how capable you think the person is at accomplishing their goals. People are usually judged in terms of morality, sociability, and competence. Actually speaking, judgement comes out of your pure ignorance. And you are supposed to judge yourself, not others. Why should you wait until you judge yourself from the other side when you can do that by living itself? Instead of judging someone, you can give necessary pieces of advice, suggestions or instructions to put people on the right track.

How you are affected: Judging someone can make them feel discriminated. You feel isolated, ashamed, misunderstood, criticized and demeaned. Judging can also result in people being less likely to talk about what they're going through and ask for the help, they need. It makes them have an emotional implosion inside leaving the ripple effects of sadness and depression for some time.

Why you feel like judging others: Your consciousness is filtered for your biological purpose. You think that you are so special, rich, more powerful and successful in life, comparing to others. You are going proud of your color, religion, class, gender or nation. You get some superiority complex that you are in a position to judge others and some of you even think that God is on your side. All the time, you try to compare, compete and have conflict with others as your vision is colored with separation. This is how you make racial issues, gender issues and professional arrogance. This is how you go 100% selfish and judgemental.

How you can stop being judgemental or feeling judged: Judge yourself every single day before you go to bed. It's your intentional life review through which you analyze your life. This is how you change yourself wherever needed. And put yourself on the right track. Program yourself with the change, you want to make through a 5- minute meditation every day. Practice love. It makes you have a life style in which you can't find yourself judgemental...
