In other words, it's one of the tricks being played on you by your mind, which is the distorted projection from the Brain. Anxiety is nothing but your mental health disorder caused by the worry or fear from life. Actually speaking, it's self-diagnosable and self-treatable. You know what? You are actually the creator of your reality, which can be changed anytime you like. You are born with Bioplasticity and you can definitely change the way your biochemistry works, on demand. Some stressful life situations like your financial problems, death of your loved ones, or stress in relation to your work can trigger your anxiety. Some personality traits in you may cause some anxiety disorders. There are different types of anxiety disorders and the most common ones are social anxiety disorders, separation anxiety disorder and social phobia. You are likely to have more than one anxiety disorders at the same time and some medical conditions you face may cause anxiety disorders as well. What could be the symptoms of an anxiety disorder? Well, feeling nervous and restless is the well known anxiety signs. As you always have a sense of panic you get exposed to hyperventilation, where you feel increased heart rate and breathing trouble. The anxiety disorder makes you in a constant state of being worried, which leads to trouble in terms of sleeping, or concentrating. You are likely to experience gastrointestinal problems. Moving on, you tend to feel weak and tired. How can you manage your anxiety? Well, it appears that your anxiety can be completely controlled and managed by yourself and what you need is a little bit of focus from your part. Follow the steps below.

A) Regularize Meditation: Your brain works exactly as you get it programed. As you do on your smart phone, you can install only the useful Apps in the brain, while the unwanted Apps are deleted. You can make you less anxious through positive affirmations and inner visualization in this regard. It can be done through meditation

B) Reorganize your life: Accept a very healthy diet. Remember that food item you take always influences the way your biochemistry works. The intake of processed meat, pastries, fried items, refined cereals, high- fat diary products etc, can make you more anxious and depressed as it can affect the way your biochemistry works. Limit alcohol, caffeine and nicotine intake. Alcohol is capable of changing the levels of Serotonin inside, thereby leaving you more vulnerable to anxiety. It appears that the alcohol induced anxiety lasts longer, sometimes, even for an entire day and it's dependent on the level of your alcohol consumption. Your habit of smoking can definitely make you more anxious. Sleep enough always, because Insomnia can definitely make you more anxious. Regularize your exercise. Whatever exercise you like, do it at least for 30 minutes daily. Exercise is like an anti-anxiety treatment you do and it's highly effective. Regular exercise can boost up your mental as well as physical energy through the release of Endorphins in such a way that it works against anxiety. Practice deep breaths with comparatively slower inhalation and exhalation. Breathing exercises can help you relax, as they are powerful enough to make your body feel as if it has already been relaxed. When you have deep breathing, what happens is that it delivers a message to the brain to feel relaxed. Welcome the sense of humor in life. Always try to laugh and make others laugh. Laughter is so powerful that it's capable of making your immune system stronger, strengthening the infection fighting antibodies and decreasing the level of stress hormones. The feel good hormones called Endorphins are released when you laugh, which improves your sense of well-being and gives you temporary relief from pain.

C) Socialization: Always know the fact that you are a social being. Always maintain a healthy network of people, who can make you laugh and support and help you whenever needed. It's easier nowadays as people have been more global. Spend time with your friends who do have the same taste in life. Most of your characteristic traits are formed out of influence. If you live a secluded life, you won't know even how to behave at others and people with predatory nature can easily understand that and you are likely to be easily fooled, cheated or taken advantage of, by others. Socialization will always keep you happy, smart and perky. And you get a chance to laugh more. Always share your ideas and problems with your friends and they can definitely help you out in this regard. This is how you get more experienced and expanded in your life. You can easily be less anxious when you share your problems with someone else who consoles you. Never waste your time spending with negative network of people, who are likely to make you negatively polarized especially when you try to resist them. The social isolation, you practice is likely to make you more anxious and depressed. You have anxiety disorder because of some chemical imbalance in the Brain. The Neurotransmitters like Serotonin, Dopamine, Norepinephrine, and Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) can be responsible for your anxiety disorders. When you have healthy social interaction, it triggers the release of Dopamine and Serotonin, which is helpful in terms of regulating your mood, thereby making you more relaxed and calmer. Practice love, which can definitely raise your vibratory frequency in such a way that it changes your biochemistry inside, making you capable of regulating your neurochemistry. Such a life never leaves you anxious...
