In your life your thoughts are way more important than you think. Your thoughts can definitely influence your present and future. Most of you fail in terms of your lives mainly because of the fact that you don't know how to channelize your thoughts the way you actually need. 

Your brain controls your thoughts normally: Normally people don't know that they're able to control their thoughts and implement the thought process, they want. In other words, you allow yourself to be the victim of your thought process. It's true that the focus on a particular thought process makes you act accordingly. In other words, your main action is the result from the focus on a particular thought process. You are the personification of pure consciousness with which you can easily program your brain and order your brain to follow the thought process, you want. But when you don't program your brain thoroughly, what happens is that the brain filters your level of consciousness and your thought process is generated in terms of how your brain receives signals from the situation you are in. Most of the thought processes, the brain creates are not correct as the brain is more focused on the survival mode of separation. It always gives you a separate identity of duality of you and the other. Your focus on the idea of duality makes a number of issues always in your life. 

The reprocessing of data: When you have focused on a particular thought process, that becomes evident in your actions and your brain always reprocess data, which means that it works like a software systems that actually forces you to do what you have been doing most of your days until you change it through the actual employment of consciousness. In other words, you will have to work on changing your habits. Your focused thought process results in organized actions based on the same and when you do the same actions with excitement spending most of your day on it, your brain reprocesses the same idea the very next day too when you are active. And every single day this reprocessing of data happens until you reprogram your brain. That's how you develop your habits. When the brain reprocesses the same data, you are forced to do the same level of actions with no particular difference in the way you do.

d) Body Language and Expression: Non-verbal cues, such as facial expressions, gestures, and body language, can effectively transport thoughts and emotions. A smile can communicate happiness, while a frown can indicate sadness.

How to channelize the transportation of thoughts on a personal level: You are able to customize your thought process the way you want. Choose your main thought process for a particular day or some days and start to implement your thought process as soon as you get up in the morning via some meditation for 5 to 15 minutes. Imagine the physical reality of your chosen thought process and try to feel the reality as much as possible before you make it physically achievable. For example, you want to pass the IELTS exam. Picture that you have received energy from the Universe itself and imagine how you do systemic training for this particular purpose and how you do the test and how you win the test and the results of your tests via your meditation. And reaffirm your success at the end of your mediation and the fact that you will achieve your goal no matter what happens. The next step of this meditation is its practical aspects. You have to try to align your actions with your main thought process as much as possible. Always remember that, you have taken a body to do actions and simply thinking or imagining something won't make the result orientation. Repeat the same pattern of meditation before you go to bed as well. This sort of meditation pattern helps you have the muscle memory about your basic goal always so that you tend to act upon your goals more frequently and more systematically. You can fix an idea, goal or a particular thought process in your consciousness through meditation and use meditation as a tool to customize the thought the way you want and get it physically realized as early as possible. Your thoughts get converted into your feelings and actions through your mediation. Meditation is the mechanism by which you always get memories to take up the actions needed. 

How you are benefitted: Meditation has been shown to promote the formation of new neural pathways in the brain, a phenomenon known as neuroplasticity. This process can lead to a variety of cognitive and emotional benefits.

1. Increased Gray Matter Density: Studies using MRI scans have found that regular meditation can increase the density of gray matter in regions of the brain associated with memory, self-awareness, and compassion. This suggests that meditation may stimulate the growth of new neurons or the connections between existing ones.

2. Enhanced Connectivity: Meditation practices often involve focused attention on your thought process. This sustained focus can strengthen the connections between brain regions responsible for concentration and cognitive control, such as the prefrontal cortex. 3. Reduction of the Default Mode Network (DMN): The DMN is a network in the brain associated with mind-wandering and self-referential thoughts. Meditation can suppress activity in the DMN. This deactivation may allow other neural networks to strengthen and create new connections, improving cognitive functions.

4. Stress Reduction: Chronic stress can damage the brain by shrinking the hippocampus, a region vital for memory and learning. Meditation, by reducing stress, may protect the hippocampus from such damage and potentially promote the growth of new neurons, a process known as neurogenesis.

5. Improved Attention and Memory: Meditation practices that involve focused attention can enhance working memory and attention span. This improvement is thought to result from the strengthening of neural pathways associated with these cognitive functions.

6. Emotional Regulation: The amygdala, a region involved in emotional processing, can become more balanced in its responses through meditation. This may occur because meditation encourages the growth of neural pathways connecting the amygdala with areas of the brain responsible for emotional regulation and executive control.

7. Long-Term Effects: Regular meditation over an extended period appears to have cumulative effects on brain plasticity. The longer someone meditates, the more pronounced the changes in neural connectivity may become.
