Step 1: Focus on yourself: It doesn't matter what happens to your life, but what matters is what you do with what happens. You are supposed to focus on yourself rather than on the circumstances you have in life. Extra focus on circumstances always makes you negative. You are a changed person every single moment and so are your circumstances. When you raise your energy level, a little bit more, you can see that your circumstances do change. This happens because you are always the creator of your reality. You are blessed with Bioplasticity, which means you can self regulate your biochemistry. You can bring necessary changes into how your system works, on demand. When you face negativity, you are capable of taking yourself away from that. Focus on something else. Start your day with a 5- minute meditation in which you instill yourself with positivity. Know that your brain is the software system where you can program the life you want.
