What's your kindness? Well, kindness is your awareness that everything is one and separation is simply the optical illusion. Kindness is the simplest thing, you can easily practice; which can make you a great human being. 

What kindness is: Kindness is the sincere and voluntary use of your time, talent, and resources to better the lives of others. It makes you generous, empathetic and compassionate. Actually speaking, kindness is your most powerful force within and it's your love in action. It's your evolved behavioral tendency to express care, concern, and consideration for others with zero expectations. It's not a mega project, you undertake. Even a supportive smile, a comforting embrace, or a helping hand from your part, when someone needs it the most, becomes the strongest expression of kindness. Your heartfelt words of encouragement, thoughtful gestures of affection, and compassionate acts of generosity are all kindness. In a World, filled with struggles and pain, your kindness is the soothing experience that rejuvenates, refreshes and re-energizes someone with its goodness, and gives them the strength to move ahead and fight the situation despite their problems. Kindness is the remainder of why you have been here. It's the greatest level of consciousness, you maintain. You have been here, to put your system in lower entropy, through your selfless acts of love and kindness, thereby you can get evolved into the higher density of consciousness. You know what? The eternal peace is achievable only through your actions of kindness. Your kindness is the catalyst for the next stage of human evolution. Kindness is your everything and only kindness can build your life up and the lack of which makes every action, you do negative, be it your anger, worry, greed, envy, jealousy, competition, conflict, war or acts of terrorism. You are supposed to be kind to yourself and others. You get selfish and unkind because your consciousness gets heavily filtered by your brain; your tool for survival. You become kind even without your knowledge when your spirit is activated. The act of kindness always makes you positively charged. Those people who have been helped by you actually send you the strongest electromagnetic waves of their thought, emotion, peace and satisfaction. This powerful energy output thoroughly affects you especially when you have already been charged positively from satisfaction, you got from within; from being helpful to someone or something. In a Universe where energy influences matter and vice versa, it even helps you change your biochemistry in such a way that you get your consciousness more expanded and you turn out to be nonviolent. 

How to be kind: It's very simple, with a little bit of focus, you can get your kindness habitualized. It's not something new to be taught or to be learned. All the religious orders talk about it, but it's still not practised on a large scale. There is only one thing you can do to develop your habit of kindness. Use love as your tool to function. It makes you kind throughout your life. Start your day with a 5- minute meditation with the reaffirmation or inner visualization that everything is one and you are kind and helpful always in whatever ways, possible. When you get this practice regularized, what happens is that you get the memory to take necessary actions in this regard. When you do one or two acts of kindness every day, the satisfaction, you get from it is so powerful that you get addicted to kindness, making a drastic change in terms of your life. When you practice kindness, it's getting reflected in your life too. You get necessary help or assistance wherever needed, even without asking for, as life works like a mirror does...
