What causes Déjà vu?

It appears that 60% to 80% of the  population experiences  Déjà vu. The scientific world has been working on it and has come up with different theories. It's believed that Déjà vu happens when the brain falsely perceives some past memory as present memory. Skeptics believe that it's simply some sensory disruption from the brain or the part of hallucinations. For many it's still a rush of emotion that they can't explain. 

What Déjà vu is: Déjà vu is actually your feeling like something has already happened or you have already experienced something and this happens especially when you know you never have. 

What causes Déjà vu: Déjà vu happens when you encounter some situation which is similar to an actual memory that you can't fully recall. It gives you a feeling of familiarity that you can't explain. An ordinary human is subject to a number of sensory illusions on a dialy basis called the mirages of mind. And visionary illusions can also be triggered by Focal seizures, Stress, Fatigue, Epilepsy etc. But actually speaking, such illusions have nothing to do with Déjà vu. Spiritually speaking, Déjà vu is the signature of the expansion of your consciousness. Déjà vu happens only to the evolved souls. It definitely is a cross over and this happens because your consciousness has been expanded in such a way that you can sense everything before making any physical experience in this regard. Consciousness is the universal property. In other words, through Déjà vu someone else's understanding becomes yours too, because there's only one self actually. There is only one being in the Universe and everything you see including yourself is not simply the part of that being but full of that being. The idea of separation is triggered according to the level of consciousness you maintain. Consciousness is the property of the Universe and it's shared by everyone. But there's difference in terms of the level of consciousness someone acquires. Sentient beings have to work on their own to expand their consciousness. According to the Natural law, you can't expand your consciousness all of a sudden and an organism takes multiple births to achieve the advanced level of consciousness. 

The process of Déjà vu: When you get the advanced expansion of consciousness, you tend to get all the answers you seek from within. There's no need for you to make some new experience as you can sense whatever experience needed, already happened or happening. In other words, it's the achievement of conscious level where you feel everything, your experience or anyone else's similar experience. This happens because you have reached a state where you can easily use your heart and brain as an antenna to be tapped into the Akashic Records. You tend to sense people from afar. When you reach a place or deal with people or things, you get access to the pieces of knowledge or experience someone else has already done or you get to access the history of everything. This happens because every single piece of information is seeded in the quantum field. Every single thought, feeling or action from your part is recorded. Déjà vu can also happen when you get the glimpse of some experience you had in your previous birth with a place or person or an object. In other words, as a signature of your evolution, sometimes you get access to the souls you made through different birth cycles. Your spirit records all the souls you formed through different birth cycles and so does the quantum field out there...
