What happens if you don't do any exercise?

Why is your life so precious?
What happens if you don't do any exercise? Well, exercise is 100% necessary in your life, without which you can't live better for sure. Let's simply look into how important it is.

What your exercise is & how effective it can be: Exercise is the planned, regularized physical activity that is structured and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning any part of your body and exercise is used to improve health and maintain fitness. Generally speaking, you are supposed to sweat, breathe heavy and increase your heart rate during exercise. Exercise enables good blood flow inside your system. It's actually your physical activity involving any bodily movement, produced by skeletal muscles that results in energy expenditure. Regular exercise results in improved cardiovascular (heart and blood vessel) health and pulmonary (lung) health. It makes your metabolism really great. When you do regular exercise, it produces Endorphins which are the chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers and exercise also improves your ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress.
Exercise helps you get away with chronic depression by increasing the level of Serotonin, a chemical that contributes to wellbeing and happiness. Exercise improves your mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal. It makes you more confident and keeps you much younger than your age.

What happens if you don't do any exercise: Without any exercise your muscles will weaken and it's going to adversely affect the large muscles in your legs and arms. You will become more breathless if you do less physical activity. If you don't do any exercise at all, moving on, you feel worse and will be dependant on someone else to do the regular activities. This happens because you are incapable of doing even the simple daily tasks. Exercise actually strengthens all the parts of your brain, including the gray matter and this is what makes your brain more resistant to stress and aging. When you stop working out, it's going to adversely affect your gray matter, potentially setting the stage for problems in relation to processing information and thinking critically. If you don't exercise regularly, you may find it difficult when you climb a flight of stairs or carry a heavy bag of groceries for more than a few feet and you feel like you get out of breath. Obesity is one of the major effects of the lack of exercise. If you don't have regular exercise, you are more likely to develop high blood pressure, overweight, hypertension, decline in the brain function, reduction in strength of bones and muscles and increased chances of even developing Cancer. Regular exercise takes you away from developing memory related issues, dementia and the brain decline. Spiritually speaking, the lack of exercise puts you in a comparatively low bandwidth of vibratory frequency. Such a physical condition is more likely to make you more exposed to negativity and the mirages of your mind, blocking your spiritual awakening. This happens because you are inside a body and you are responsible for its maintenance as long as you stay inside.

What you have to do: First of all, you have to understand that your body exactly functions like an iron machine and if you don't operate it well then it's going to be rusty for sure. Oxygenation, Hydration and Regularized movement are 100% necessary for your system. Hydration is nothing but the need that you have to drink plenty of water and never wait for your thirst which is the last signal your system gives you. Oxygenation is nothing but the techniques of deep inhalation and exhalation you have to practice to keep your cells oxygenated and energized. It's also automatically done when you exercise. Just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Aerobic Exercises: They are the exercises like walking, running or jogging, stair climbing, dancing, bicycling, yoga, weightlifting, Swimming etc. It's the best form of exercise for everyone. Any form of exercise can improve your fitness and decrease the level of stress in you. The most important thing is to choose a physical activity, you enjoy thoroughly. Walking improves your blood circulation, protecting you from the heart diseases. It brings up the heart rate, lowering blood pressure and strengthening the heart. You can walk for more than 30 minutes at a time. Walking is your best exercise through which you can burn from 1,000 to 3,000 calories in total per week and it's enough to strengthen your metabolism each day. Walking is the best possible way you can burn your internal belly fat or visceral fat. Always remember that visceral fat raises your risk for diabetes and heart disease. Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, stroke and certain types of cancer, Osteoporosis etc. Aerobic exercise definitely improves the way that ensures the much better brain function. It can improve the functions of your Hippocampus. Aerobic exercise means 'with oxygen'. Aerobic exercise improves your breathing and heart rate.

Step 2: Push-ups and Squats: A push-up is a common calisthenics exercise, beginning from the prone position. You do this by raising and lowering the body using the arms. Push ups work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, the push-ups can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging (pulling in) the abdominal muscles. Push-ups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength. Thirty push-ups a day is enough, which will build your chest, strengthen your arms and increase your muscle power. It's going to strengthen you in such a way that you can facilitate your movements that range from carrying the grocery bags to pushing a lawn mower. A squat is a strength exercise in which you lower your hips from a standing position and then stands back up. This functional exercise also boosts your calorie burn, helps prevent injuries, strengthens your core, and improves your balance and posture. A set of 10 to 15 or 20 squats a day, two to three times a week is enough. Exercise can always make you more energetic and confident...
