Everyone of you wants to stay young and actually speaking, you can be way younger than your actual age with a little bit of focus on your life.  Age is a structural concept and makes you always think that you are getting aged. Never give extra focus on your age. Your chronological age is the number of years you've lived, biological age is your body condition, and mental age is how old your brain feels. Statistically speaking, all these ages usually differ from each other in one person. Just have a look. 

What your aging is & why you are aged: Aging represents the accumulation of changes in a human being over time. Aging can also be defined as a progressive functional decline or a gradual deterioration of physiological function in you with the increase in vulnerability. It's definitely a natural process but you are capable of slowing the process down as much as you can. The Oxidative Stress in your system can damage cells, proteins, and DNA which can contribute to aging. Aging is strongly correlated with changes in DNA Methylation which is a biological process by which methyl groups are added to the DNA molecule. Your aging is caused by numerous complex and interacting factors. These include the Mitochondrial and Nuclear genome mutations, Oxidative DNA damage and shortened Telomeres. The depleted self renewing stem cells  can also cause the process of aging. DNA methylation plays a key role in regulating life span by turning off the aging process in your chromosomes. Telomeres, the caps at the end of your chromosomes that are responsible for aging, get shorter as you get older. 

How you can stay young: It's 100% possible because your system is made for that. You can self regulate your biochemistry on demand. You are so precious and powerful. To keep yourself young you are supposed to be prepared both mentally and physically. Just follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Regularized movementYour regular exercise can keep your DNA healthy and young and it helps you restore a tiny protein called Cyclin D1 which can make your dormant stem cells back to the youthful level. The protein Cyclin D1 enhances DNA repair, transforming cells from excessive genomic instability. The Telomeres in your body become shorter as you get older, and longer telomeres are associated with longevity. Your regular exercise definitely contributes to the lengthening of the Telomeres, suggesting that exercise can slow the clock of your system, making you live longer. 

Step 2 :  Maintenance of a healthy, conscious dietA constant diet of fatty, carbohydrate-laden food items is a huge cause of premature aging. Processed food items, increased intake of diary products, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, red meat, white bread, and margarine cause inflammation in your body. This swelling can lead to skin flare-ups and wrinkle formation, causing aging. Always maintain a healthy diet

Step 3: Reorganize your life: Try something new always. Remember that you are new person every single moment. Trying something new always gives your brain a challenge every day and you’ll be more likely to memorize things. Brain studies show that when you use your brain in unaccustomed ways, more blood flows into different areas of the brain and new neural pathways form, making the enlargement of the grey matter in the brain. Grey matter is important because it's associated with memory, emotions, muscle control, speech and decision-making contributing to your overall youthfulness. Be sociable always because social isolation makes you more depressed with declining mental function, which can accelerate the aging process. Having regular intercourse always makes much younger than your age. When you make love, it helps you release human growth hormones, capable of making your skin more elastic. It makes you less likely to wrinkle. When you reduce the calorie intake, you actually reduce the risk of developing conditions responsible for aging and some disorders like strokes, diabetes and clogged arteries. The habit of smoking can add so many years to your looks. This happens because smoking adversely affects your skin, hair, teeth, fertility and the power of heart, lungs and bones. Avoid the intake of alcohol as it causes your body to release more stress hormones, which can speed up the aging process. It also affects the healthy functioning of your digestive system, making it harder for you to absorb essential nutrients.

Step 4: Meditation & The practice of love: Meditateimagining that you are going younger and healthier every single day. It should be your inner visualization deeply planted inside. Research shows that regular meditators have longer telomeres. You can literally change your DNA expression through thought, imagination and action mixed together. Systematic meditation makes you less stressful always and improves brain plasticity and anti-aging hormones.
