What makes you a criminal?

What is your Smart Work?

What makes you a criminal? Well, actually speaking, nobody wants to be a criminal. You are made with love and light. Your true self is full of love. But the misperception life gives you makes some of you criminals. Most of you don't know how your system works and how capable you are as a human. Just look into what happens.

What a crime is & who a criminal is:  Crime is nothing but your illegal act for which you can be punished by the government especially. It can be a gross violation of law or grave offense especially against morality. Crime is your unlawful act which is punishable by nature. A criminal is someone who breaks the law. If you're a murderer, thief, or tax cheat, you're a criminal. In other words, anyone who breaks the law is technically a criminal even if the crime is just not paying a speeding ticket. Most of the criminals tend to rationalize their own behavior by diverting blame and questioning the motives of others. This is how their psychology works.

What makes you a criminal: The causes of crime are complex. Poverty, parental neglect, low self-esteem, alcohol and drug abuse can be connected to why people break the law. Some of you are at greater risk of becoming offenders because of the circumstances into which you are born. Environmental factors,
Peer Pressure, Physical or Sexual abuse, Drugs, Politics, Religion, Family Conditions, Unemployment etc can be the contributing factors for your criminal activities. Actually speaking, you are not born moral and your brain’s frontal lobe, the section, most responsible for your socialization, does not fully develop until your mid 20s. This is why teens and youngsters are, in general, a little bit aggressive by nature. When you are in your 40s, you find yourself mellow. Criminal behavior occurs when you are not properly socialized and thus do not feel bound by the laws, rules, and public morals, set by society. Actually speaking, there is no gene for criminal behavior and your crime is a learned behavior. It's not because of your genes but the environmental and social factors actually cause or influence your behavioral patterns. Factors such as low intelligence because of the lack of proper education or understanding, poor diet, impulsivity and hyperactivity, hormones such as Testosterone and Cortisol, and even environmental pollutants affect your biological propensity for criminal or anti-social behavior.

How you can prevent crime: Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Include self awareness training in the Educational system: Crime comes out of the lack of self awareness. The purpose behind life is to enjoy it, helping others. The moral values should compulsorily be made a subject so that moral class can be delivered. The moral lessons should be taught in such a way that students are more self aware. You get your consciousness thoroughly filtered. Everyone is coming from the same Source. And the difference you feel is because the misperception your mind gives. More cooperation, collaboration and socialization should be promoted. Use love as the tool for you to operate your system

Step 2: Respect always makes you more responsible: Criminals need to be locked away for the good of society. But there’s no proof that prison reduces future offending, instead, it's likely to harden you as a criminal as you get established that way. Actually speaking, prisoners need to be taken to the special rehabilitation center where they are given training in terms of what is going on. Respect defendants in court as well. Judges, lecturing defendants at sentencing make everyone feel like justice is served, but it is actually counterproductive. It causes a lot of psychological problems for the defendants. Judges have to understand their problems, and assist them to have some therapy so that they are less likely to re-offend. Getting tough on crime is what you usually see, but it’s come with enormous cost as well. It is cheaper and more effective to rehabilitate prisoners than to incarcerate them. Give the prisoners proper training in such a way that their hidden skills are promoted so that they can live a more respectable, productive life. Employment schemes for the prisoners should be promoted. Both the Governmental and Corporate agencies can do a lot more in this regard. Always think that a criminal is you in another body who seeks help and comfort. The criminals are actually a cry for help

Step 3: Reorganize the existing system: You can definitely reorganize society the way it's more effective. Take bullying seriously. Bullying is perceived as a natural part of growing up, as a way to toughen kids up to face the harsh realities of life. But being bullied sometimes leads to truancy and dropping out of school which are associated with delinquency and a host of bad outcomes. You have to change the whole-school curriculums to combat bullying work and to create a generation of more adjusting people. Collect DNA from everyone and DNA evidence can be used to aid investigations. It's more cost-effective and expanding databases  will definitely create a more just system. Encourage gentrification and it appears that places that are integrated have less crime than places that are economically or racially or religiously segregated. The sales of weapons through the Secondary Markets must be banned and the government should ban or strictly restrict the sale or use of weapons by the citizens. Always remember that weapons are inimical even to the users. As a society, you have to be ready for the next stage of human evolution where you can't see any crimes, conflicts or wars and people are more globally united and are out of the shackles of nation, color, language, cash, and religion. It's the transformation to a new World order where governments give social benefits to all people so that people have more time to invest in their creativity. It's a platform where governments and the corporates work hand in hand solving the basic problems of poverty, unemployment, education and basic sanitation. It's the new World that spends more on medical development and technology rather than on war and military. It's the world where everyone is happy and enjoying life thoroughly with no crime and no punishment and no judgement...
