What's subliminal programing? Well, it's very important in your life. Have you ever wondered why you are not so successful in your life and what could be the reason behind it? Well, the subliminal programing you get exposed to, plays a major role in it. You know what? Neuroscience has proven that most of your decisions, actions, emotions and behavioral patterns depend on the 95 percent of your brain activity that lies beyond the conscious awareness, which means that 95%(or as much as 99%) of your life comes from the programing in your subconscious mind. 

You are a victim of Social Engineering: Humans are a programmable species. You have already been programed by society in such a way that your abilities are made limited. You are conditioned to think that you are not capable of doing certain things and are not beautiful or smart. Your Deliberate Conditioning often comes from different sources including your parents, guardians, religious leaders,  teachers, group leaders etc. This is how you learn the boundaries you have to follow. Your action, thought and even emotion are subjected to the conditioning. In other words, you are socially engineered. This is what makes you function out of a narrow framework you have set for yourself, which limits your abilities and blocks you from achieving your true self. In order to achieve your true self you have to come out from the shackles of social engineering. But how can that be done? Well, you know what? You are blessed with Bioplasticity, Neuroplasticity and Genetic plasticity. It means that you can rewire your entire brain on demand. You can self regulate your biochemistry in such a way that you can achieve whatever you are looking for. You are so precious and are designed only for success. You are the advanced expression of Nature on the Earth. 

How you can reprogram yourself: It's 100% possible and you can do that all by yourself. It's a tad difficult for you to get away with the way you have been subliminally programed. But you can definitely do that through the following steps. 

Step 1 : Know the way how your mind works: You have to know how much influence you have from the subconscious mind. It's responsible for 95% to 99% of the activities you do on a daily basis including the important decisions and choices you make. Most of your habits are coming from the subconscious mind which is way more powerful than the conscious mind. It means that when you change your subconscious mind, you literally change your life. You can reprogram yourself anytime, but it's more effective when you do it before you go to bed or soon after sleep. Your brain works exactly like your smartphone. You can install only the smart, positive Apps in the brain, deleting the unwanted, mis-programmed ones permanently. Know the fact that your brain can't think on its own, but you use your brain to think instead. Use your consciousness to program your brain. 

Step 2: Visualization: Your subconscious mind responds well to pictures and images. Visualized reprograming can easily be done. You have to attach positive, empowering pics or images to your wall. Choose the images which are the future expression or representation of what you must be. These pics should be your future version. A perfect match of what you want to be. Try to focus on the pics more often especially before you go to bed. It's the positive subliminal affirmation that you do. You can also visualize the life you want to live by using your mind before you go to bed and make your thought mixed with emotion so that you get the visualization more realistic. Use lucid dreaming for the same purpose. This is the strong signal you give to your subconscious mind to accept and this is how you gain the muscle memory about achieving your goals. 

Step 3: Always feel Gratitude and LoveThe feeling of love and gratitude is always good to your system. You are supposed to express gratitude for your life and the way you are. You are unique the way you are. When you go to bed with the feeling of love and gratitude inside, it's the strong signal of abundance you give to your subconscious mind that is wide awake even though you are sleeping. And you are going to get the effects of that pretty soon. If you go to bed with your worries in mind, it's the signal of scarcity you get implanted in the subconscious mind, as a result, you get the same reflection of getting worried always. Do remember that your conscious mind is the gateway to your subconscious mind. You have to know how the law of vibration works and have to raise your vibration, which actually changes your biochemistry in such a way that you are more positive. 

Step 4: Self Hypnosis: This is where meditation plays the key role. Meditation means nothing but the repetitive positive affirmations or inner visualization about your dream life that you implant in yourself sitting in silence. Meditation can be performed in many ways. Start your day with a meditation for, atleast, 5 minutes where you instill yourself with positivity. And regularize the habit. Moving on the practice shifts your core belief system, giving you the muscle memory to take necessary actions in this regard. You can also use music to program yourself. Pick up your favorite music or song which you think can raise your spirits and listen to positive music with positive inner visualization. Watch videos or motivational speeches regularly. 

Step 5: Repetition: It's the most important step you must implement. You can't reprogram yourself without repetition. You have to repeat the aforementioned steps every single day until you get convinced that you have been changed. You have been socially engineered for a long time since your childhood, and all of a sudden, you can't make changes. But changes can be quicker according to the level of concentration you give to yourself. You can definitely do that because you are made for that and you are always the creator of your reality.
