How to improve your sexual life? Well, you can do that all by yourself, with some focus. Your sexual health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality. How to improve sexual life: Sex is what you and your partner do together. It's one of the most cooperative and collaborative acts you do. You should plan to do 10 to 20 Kegel exercises three to four times each day. Squats can be great for creating pelvic floor strength. They can develop strong glutes and hamstrings; key pieces that support long term pelvic floor health. You can also do exercises that you do lying down on your back with your knees bent. Taking some push-ups is also recommended. You know what? Walking is the best exercise you can have. Just 30 minutes of walking a day is linked with a 41% drop in risk for Erectile Dysfunction in men. Mental exercise like meditation through which you can reprogram yourself with positivity is also necessary as it can keep you away from stress and tension. The research suggests that meditation can boost your sex life, increasing desire, even lubrication, and your confidence. You can be more focused through meditation. Omega 3 (an essential fatty acid found in oily fish, flaxseeds and walnuts) is the building block of sex hormones in men and women. If your semen is thick, white and has a mildly tasting odor, then you are living a healthy life. However, if it is greyish and tastes bitter and salty and is watery or clear then it’s the sign of some kind of illness or too much alcohol.
