What is your Repentance?


Cruelty is your mentality with which you feel pleasurable when you inflict pain or suffering on someone or something else. Sadism is another form of cruelty, you practice. As your consciousness is filtered by your mind; the distorted projection of the brain, you get heavily influenced by it and choose a self centric path of life, where you give importance to only yourself as you can see everything else in separation. Now you are always in a survival mode. You feel others are inferior and less important. You will have a tendency to be jealous or envious with others and you tend to compete or make conflicts with others. An abusive past, you had either from your parents or someone else, can also make you a bully or a Sadist who plans to inflict the same level of pain or some more on the victims and feel satisfied. Sometimes, your feeling that you are not being understood or accepted by someone or society or family can trigger your rage and violence, with a tendency to get it unleashed on to the best possible victim. When you live a negatively polarized life, you get used to a weird, psychological phenomenon, called Repetition Compulsion, which makes you either more violent or a volunteer victim of violence. Spiritually speaking, violence in you is the signature that you are not an evolved soul and you need repetition of the grade. When you have just graduated into being a human from the repeated births of being different animals, you find yourself difficult sometimes to get adjusted to the new system and you are likely to be easily influenced by the negative network of people and sometimes the violent, predatory nature is triggered. 

What makes you cruel: Genetically speaking, the genes like MAO-A, DAT1, DRD2, CDH13, can be linked to a person's violent nature. Males tend to be more violent than females, who belong to an advanced birth cycle. Violence is nothing but the hyperactivation in the brain regions like the Amygdala, which can be held responsible for the emotional regulation. Humans are a violent species, by nature and can be made nonviolent through proper practice. Uncontrollable negative emotions like anger, fear, frustration, social factors like poverty or unemployment, exposure to violent media, neighborhood, or family, drug addiction, alcoholism, access to weapons etc can trigger violence in a human. The neurotransmitter chemicals known as Catecholamines are released when you are uncontrollably angry, triggering your violent action. Violence always comes from the idea of separation. The burst of negative energy inside is so powerful that you become totally senseless and do something violentMisperception is the another important reason behind violence. 

How you can stop being cruel: When it comes to a comparatively new soul, it sometimes fails to overcome the effects simulation and gets totally engulfed by misperception. It fails to see the unity around and strongly believes in separation. Separation makes it angry and over focus on anger paves a way for a life pattern, where it's used to having violence, embraced even in the slightest excitement. It's pretty difficult to have change from that level, all of a sudden, and sometimes, the soul needs repetition of different births to correct the lessons. But it's good to try to solve the issue, through ways, which have already been introduced, in terms of the issue. Understand the fact that cruelty is the result of your subliminal mis-programing. If you are a little bit more focused, you can rewire your brain, setting yourself free from the colored vision, your mind gives you. Know that it's your mind that makes you cruel as it works through 100% misperception. Practice anger management. Correct your violence through the practice of repentance. Practice meditation with repeated positive affirmations that you are peaceful, nonviolent, kind and compassionate. Know that your brain can also be used as a tool to be re-programed. The next step you have to take is get your spirit activated. It's also simple, but your focus always matters.
