Have you ever thought about the fact that your hope and fear are interlinked? Well, you are supposed to control both. Actually speaking, it's never possible to have a life completely avoiding both hope and fear. But you can program your biochemistry to control both, wherever neededHope motivates you to take actions and fear demotivates you. But what you can do is keep a strong balance between both and focus on yourself instead. Never give over importance to either of them. 

Hope & Fear : Hope is always your positive expectation for a particular thing to happen. Hope empowers you to think the unthinkable about someone or something. It's your optimistic stance even though you sometimes have false hopes. Hope powers your creativity always, but when you give over importance to hope, it drives out fear. It makes you anxious first and soon your anxiety is getting converted into fear. Hope and fear can be called motivators. Both are needed for your survival. Both of them can cause some anticipatory responses from your part, like excitement, perspiration or trepidation. The only one difference is that hope makes the anticipatory outcome desirable and fear makes it the other way around. Hope actually helps you recoganize the potential in every single situation you face while fear makes you more focused on potential problems in every situation you have. Hope always brings new ideas in your mind while fear controls your free will. You can use your consciousness to control both. The higher you go up with your hope for something, the more you are likely to have the loss of that thing, as you literally broadcast the feelings of worry, anxiety and loss. If  you don't know how to use hope, it brings you only fear and disappointment. What you can do is do something you love on your higher excitement with zero expectations

Why you have fear & hope: Fear and hope work as a catalyst for survival. Both fear and hope are generated out of your helplessness. You build your life, by using fear and hope. Fear feeds your anxiety and anger, while hope breeds your optimistic approach towards life. Fear helps you get yourself out of danger, working as a warning signal. This is how it becomes helpful for you to surmount the difficulties in life. But when you give more importance to fear throughout your life, it blocks you from achieving your true self. 

What you have to do: Hope and fear, both are essential for your ordinary life on the Earth and are the part of your natural survival mechanism. But when you give extra focus on either of these qualities, your life gets complicated. There's no need for you to get worried. It's your life and you have the free will to make any reality you like, out of it. You can control your mind and make it obey your commands. This is how you become strong minded and take strong decisions in life overcoming your fickle mindedness. You can program and control your mind through the regularized practice of meditation. This is how you can control your hope and fear, wherever you feel needed. If focused, you can easily practice the fear management. Use your hope to nurture more optimism within. Your optimism can always make you more resilient. As a result, you become less anxious and you are less likely to give up your goals. It makes you try until you win the goals. Always choose the right goals which are in alignment with your vibratory frequency. The choice of wrong goals always converts your hope to fear and anger as you can't achieve your wrong goals however hard you try. The practice of love definitely is more important as the practice can get your fear replaced by the pure love. And you start to do your Karma, without having any hope or with zero expectations. Such a life definitely is worth the value. And you get your life more successful without any strong feelings of hope and fear...
