Fear management? Well, You can simply do that with some focus on your part. 

What fear is: Fear is the alert you have. The role of fear is to keep you safe. But when you give extra focus on fear it easily jeopardizes your life. It prevents you from achieving your essential self. Fear is nothing but your unpleasant feeling about some danger, loss or failure real or imagined. You feel fearful when you distrust yourself. Too much fear always holds you back from what you want to be. Fear can easily be generated from the negative contemplative thoughts you have about yourself. Actually speaking, it's not an impulsive thing being generated in the brain, but it's your thought of failure, loss or danger. When you give additional focus on your hope, there's a chance of getting it converted into fear. 

A chemical reaction: Fear is triggered by the fear hormones like  Adrenaline and Cortisol. A threat stimulus you have, triggers a fear response in the Amygdala in your brain. The Amygdala activates the fight-or-flight response by sending out signals to release stress hormones. The Catecholamine secretion can also be a trigger for fear. 

How fear affects your body: Fear weakens your Immune system especially Cardiovascular system. It can also cause Gastrointestinal problems such as Ulcers and Irritable bowel syndromes. Fear can decrease your fertility and accelerate Aging and even Premature death. 

How fear can be managed: You are born with Bioplasticity and Neuroplasticity and you can self regulate your Neurochemistry on demand. If you do something, never try to focus more on the outcome. Try to focus on what you have to do at the moment. Fear is generated when you give extra stress on the outcome. The outcome of something is entirely dependent on how you do things at the moment. With practice you can develop such a mentality so fast. It's very good for you to have slow deep breathing at the time you feel fearful. Your fear is some sort of mood you have and listen to some uplifting music, which can definitely change your mood, raising your spirits. Start your day, listening to your favorite piece of music with positive inner visualization. It not only strengthens the electromagnetism of your frequency but makes you less fearful always. You may have noticed singers and musicians, don't display any sort of stage fear or something. Deep breathing practice, you do can make your cells oxygenated and it will definitely boost your spirits. Fear comes out of the lack of awareness about yourself. You are the pure conscious energy which is eternal. You are the builder of your reality. Your Social interaction will always make you strong. You are unique the way you are. You are here as the Co-creator with God to manifest the life you want. There's no need for you to stay fearful and stressful. Everything is made up of the same energy. And every human makes mistakes. Mistakes and challenges are the opportunities for you to grow and expand in life. You are made in such a way that you can program yourself. Know the fact that your failure is the stepping stone towards success. Be meditative anytime you want. Regularize your the practice of meditation. You will be what you think about, always. It's the subliminal programming you do to yourself to get away with the stereotypical ideas of fear and loss. It will help you realize your true self. You can be the real you who are powerful enough to change the whole World. You are the expression of God, the personification of God and you are fearful only when you create it. Love is the polar opposite of fear. With the practice of love, you can overcome any sort of fear. You cannot live without challenge. Because it gives your life true meaning. Everything ever achieved, you owe to this inexplicable urge to reach beyond your grasp, do the impossible, know the unknown. This urge is part of your evolutionary heritage, given to you for the ultimate adventure: to discover for certain who you actually are, how you can make the Universe inside much bigger than the physical one outside and what is the significance of the brief drama of life and death you play out against the backdrop of eternity...
