In the quantum Universe everything is a nonstop cyclical process of evolution. You are a pitch of energy with unique frequency that has chosen a body to experience whatever is impossible without a body. It appears that you like to be in a body more often because you understand how valuable it is to have a body especially when you are out there without a body on. Death for you is a new beginning to restart a new life with a new body on. It's the body that helps you have more of the physical experiences. Even the light bodied higher graders become ready to be born in the lower grade planes. 

Who Returnees are: Spiritually speaking, a returnee is an evolved soul who wants to redo the grade, it has already been evolved from. The entire simulated order works via a grading system exactly like the grades in your academic system. It's through the grades that a soul gets evolved. It's the vibratory equation, a soul achieved via simulation that helps the soul get evolved. Polarization consisting of feminine & masculine polarization and negative & positive polarization is the first signature of evolution. A soul needs to keep balance between polarization in order to achieve the status of an evolved, liberated soul. A soul needs to repeat its birth cycles in different shapes, in different genders, on different planes for an unequivocally incalculable time. Your evolution is strictly based on the employment of your consciousness. And you can repeat your grades, using plenty of time until you get your lessons corrected. Even though, you are a graduate and a higher grader, it's still possible from your end to go back to the lower grade planets to help the dwellers of the grade of choice get further evolved. Sometimes it happens when you have some negative karma on your part and you decide to get it burnt to keep the balance by becoming a returnee to a lower dimension (Grade) of your choice. 

The Returnees of Karma: Karma always plays a dominant role in your life. There are souls who need to repeat the same grade mainly because of karma. 

A) Returnees of the same grade: You have to be a returnee to the same plane or planet if you have equal amount of positive and negative karma on your part after your death. This happens because you haven't done the grade successfully yet and your soul has not been qualified enough to get graduated into the higher grades. As a returnee, you can choose your gender of choice and re-do the grade one more time. If your soul has more negative karma than the positive one on its part, you still need to be a returnee to the same grade with some sort of suffering involved in the chosen birth cycle. This happens because voluntary suffering is the practical means with which a soul can easily burn the negative karma, acquired. If your soul has more positive karma on its part, It doesn't have to be returnee as it's the signature of its evolution and graduation into the qualified upper grade. 

B) Returnees of the higher grades: In some cases, souls undergo a particular spiritual phenomenon called the soul regression. It's exactly the opposite of soul progression which literally means your graduation into the higher dimensions. Soul regression happens when you acquire some sort of negative karma from a higher grade or dimension and volunteer to go back to the lower grade in order to burn the existing negative karma, instead of choosing the same grade of evolution where you had your last birth cycle. It's like you want to do the same grade, you have already passed one more time because you face some practical difficulty in terms of the lessons, you have already learned from the same grade. The souls from 4G and 5G usually undergo such like karmic imbalance which necessitates their rebirth in the 3G planets. These returnees from higher realms have negative karma on their part, but the volume and frequency of which is way lower, comparing to native returnees of a planet. With this reason, the karmic returnees of higher realms usually enjoy very comfortable and easy patterns of life on their chosen planes. Even though that's the case, they have to burn their negative karma via some sort of mental or physical mode of suffering, which is comparatively less when it comes to the karmic burden of a native returnee. Most of the glitterati on the planet belong to this category of returnees from higher grades, who are way more skilled as a part of their evolutionary scale. These returnees of higher grade showcase their fabulous skills in terms of music, acting, business, science, fashion, writing etc and they gain more richness and fame within a quick span of life time, which is never possible for a native soul or native returnee. Most of them are blessed with traditional beauty standards. Most of the returnees from the higher realms go back to their dimension after a birth cycle in the chosen lower grade. If a higher grade returnee misuses her/his life cycle to get negatively more polarized out of simulated oblivion, which is a rare case scenario, the returnee needs to repeat the birh cycle one more time in the lower grade of choice. A more negatively oriented human soul can also be a returnee to the second grade of evolution where they can choose to take births as animals and plants. It's the part of soul regression and such a birth can be resulted in a more comfortable life span, comparing to other 2G organisms. Usually such a regressive birth is easy-going with protection from the higher graders like humans. A 3rd grader returnee to the 2nd grade usually displays higher intellectual capacity, comparing to their grade of choice as part of soul regression. A regressive soul, still gets the chance to burn their karma, usually in form of some sort of difficulty, disorder, accident or disease. A regressive soul with low vibrational value is susceptible to possession. Soul progression happens when a soul becomes capable of either skipping the evolutionary grades, opting for liberation or having the higher grade of choice. Soul progression needs 100% positive Karma on the part of a soul. 

The Returnees of Dharma: The Sanskrit term Dharma means moral duty or righteousness. There are higher grade returnees who choose to return to a lower grade planet or plane with 100% service orientation. They consider it as their moral duty to do so. 

A) Returnees of the same grade: There are some souls who choose to be reborn again on the same plane from where they have just got graduated. There are many factors which can be responsible for such a choice. Souls usually make such a choice out of their nostalgic connection with their planet of evolution. These returnees volunteer an avatar on the same plane even though they don't have any sort of karmic burden. These returnees of the same grade are mostly engaged in spiritual life, handling spiritual subject or religious services. Their purpose is to share the collective negative karma of the planet and get more positively polarized. Even though this is the case, some returnees of this category are subjected to simulated oblivion and stay forgetful of their purpose. If such a returnee acquires some negative karma, it needs to repeat the birth cycle one more time on the same plane in order to burn the negative karma. 

B) Returnees of the higher grade: Highly evolved souls from higher planes including the liberated souls sometimes choose to volunteer avatars among the lower planes with sole purpose of guidance and service orientation. Most of the prophets belong to this category of the returnees. Some returnees of the higher grade volunteer a birth of total suffering in order to share and burn the collective negative karma of the plane, concerned. They undergo a birth cycle of total pain, deformity, penury or some sort of serve suffering. Suffering is the best practical means to burn karma. These returnees of higher order volunteer severe suffering even though they don't have any trace of negative karma on their part. When the collective negative karma is burnt, it strengthens the total vibratory value of the planet concerned. It's a high level of consciousness, only the evolved ones can practice. Some higher grade returnees choose to be trees on lower planes with 100% service orientation. 

C) Returnees of the higher grade negative: The negatively polarized returnees of the higher grade volunteer avatar on the lower planes especially with their negative purpose of manipulation. The higher graders, be it negative or positive, always want to recruit more members to their planes to strengthen their collective vibratory frequency, they emanate. These negative entities return to the lower dimensions or planes simply to uphold and practice their Dharma of manipulation and control. They can easily enslave the beings with heavily filtered consciousness and control them. They want to make the native souls' vibratory order more negatively polarized so that they can recruit the negative souls to their planes once their birth cycles are done. They do exactly opposite of what positively polarized returnees do. It's the battle in terms of polarization of energy. When a plane or planet is more positively polarized, the returnees from the negative realms can't take rebirths because of the stronger opposite vibrational value of the plane and this is how you can manipulate their attempt to enhance their mission and check it. If everyone becomes ready to build up their lives, based on services orientation, practicing pure love, a planet goes positively more polarized in such a way that manipulation from negative entities is never possible in the planet concerned...
