But simple things that you practice like exercisemeditation and sun salutation definitely can make your life more organized and qualified. Time is something that you make. And it's very good to go to bed early and get up early

What Sun salutation is: Sun salutation plays an important role in everyone's life. It's the ancient, esoteric technique in the occult, lying hidden from the public. The ancient Egyptian, Tibetan and Indian civilizations gave more importance to it. Ancient Indians call it the Surya Namaskar. It's the practice in which you clear your mind and body, channelizing the Sun's energy throughout your body. The major purpose behind Sun salutation is to clear the energy pathways in your body. As it involves the movement of your body and a meditative pattern, your body gets thoroughly energized both inside and outside. 

How to do it: You are supposed to get up early and do it on an empty stomach, facing the raising Sun, with your body engulfed by the warm sun rays. The Sun salutation involves two steps. The first step is a psychological pattern where you have to go to a meditative state. Sit straight on a mat. And feel the warmth of the Sun rays throughout your body. Close your eyes and accept a meditative mode where you can have an inner visualization process that you imbibe energy directly from the Sun and your Chakra systems are activated. Imagine that you use the Sun's energy to clean and energize your mind and body. And practice deep breathing where you hold the deeply inhaled air as long as you can and then exhale it slowly and repeat the practice as many as 3 to 5 times. The very next step of Sun salutation covers a physical pattern where your body's movement is required and it's equivalent to some sort of physical exercise you do. This is done to make your body physically more energized. Stand on your mat with your feet kept together and leave your entire body relaxed. Practice deep inhalation and exhalation and bring your palms together in front of the chest in prayer position. Raise your arms up with biceps, kept close to the ears and you are going to  stretch your body up from the heels to the tips of the fingers. You are not trying to bend backwards but simply pushing the pelvis forward a little bit. As a next step, you have to bend forward from the waist and bring your hands down to the floor, beside the feet. Here, you try to keep your spine erect. If it's necessary, you can bend your knees a little bit in order to bring the palms down to the floor. With practice, you can do this with straightened knees. The very next step of Sun salutation begins when you put yourself in an equestrian pose where you try to push your right leg as far back as possible with right knee, brought to the floor and you look up with your left foot, placed between the palms. And then you have to bring your whole body in a straight line to a plank pose, taking your left leg back with arms, kept perpendicular to the floor. As a next step, you take an eight point salutation pose where eight parts of your body, that is to say, the two hands, two feet, two knees, chest and your chin are allowed to touch the floor with your hips, pushed back and your posterior is raised a little bit. You achieve cobra posture with the very next step where you look up with your elbows, bent and shoulders, kept away from the ears. With this posture, you can make a gentle effort to push your chest forward and to push the navel down. Tuck your toes under and try to strech as much as you can. From the cobra posture, you go to the next step where you make a an inverted V posture (/\). Now your hips and tail bone are lifted while you have brought the chest downward. And your heels are kept on the ground. With this, you go to the equestrian pose one more time as a next step where you look up with your right foot, brought forward and placed between two hands while left knee is stretched down to the floor. With this pose, you make a gentle effort to push your hips down to the floor to deepen the stretch. Next step is called hand to foot pose where you try to touch your nose to the knees with your palms, kept on the floor. In this posture, you can bring your left foot forward and bend your knees as well, if it's needed. The next step is the raised arms posture where you bend backwards with your hips slightly pushed outward and biceps, held beside the ears. The final step of Sun salutation is called the mountain posture where you are simply standing with your body straightened and arms, held down, observing the sensations throughout your body. 

How to customize the practice of Sun salutation: It's practically easy to do and you can finish the entire practice within 10 to 20 minutes. What you need to do is regularize the practice. It's good to warm up your body before you do it. The practice can be done either in the morning or evening, facing the east and the west respectively. Keep a smile on your face and do the practice with relaxed mind and body. Your attitude during the practice is way more important. Breathe naturally especially when you do the physical section of the practice. Keep your breath in harmony with the movement you make and breathe effortlessly. It's very good to apply the magic of sound when you have the practice as it can make the practice more effective. Play the music you love or chant the mantra you prefer especially when you do the physical part of the practice. Make sure that you relax for a few minutes after the practice, giving complete rest to the mind and body. You can do as many repetitions as possible when it comes to Sun salutation. But even though you do it only once, it's still beneficial. What you have to focus is not on how many times you can do it, but how you get it regularized. 

How you are benefitted: Regularized Sun salutation gives you plenty of both physical and psychological benefits. It tones your muscles and improves the flexibility of your body. Your body's hormonal balance is maintained even without your knowledge. Actually speaking, it's the cardio workout you do for your arms, abs, thighs and butt. It improves your blood circulation with which you can easily achieve low cholesterol level, improved heart health, and hormonal balance. Always remember that the blood is the carrier of your hormones. It improves your digestion by stimulating the digestive tract and helps you improve your metabolism. It's the technique through which you can burn the extra calories and achieve weight loss. The practice of Sun salutation can re-energize you, sharpening your senses and giving you the benefits of deep conscious relaxation to your mind and body. It triggers better absorption of nutrients as well with a proper blood circulation and digestion. Regularized practice enables you to keep life style disorders and hormonal disorders like obesity, polycystic ovarian disease, thyroid dysfunction, polycystic ovary syndrome etc at bay. The practice can reduce your mood swings, improving your emotional stability. This happens because the deep breathing you practice together with the physical movement can positively impact your brain, helping you achieve the so called hemispherical balance, which can result in your mental capacity, emotional stability and improved level of creativity. It helps you maintain the glow of the skin. Exposure to sunlight also helps you have better mood, better sleep and increased vitamin D production which can strengthen your bones. Sun exposure also improves the level of Serotonin inside your body, which works as an anti-depressant. The exposure to moderate amount of sunlight has preventive benefits when it comes to cancer.
