Suicidal ideation? Well, it's nothing but your thoughts of committing suicide. Suicidal ideation is the reason why you may have lost some of your friends, relatives through the act of suicide. Actually speaking, it comes out of the lack of awareness about who you are. Suicidal ideation is the result of your misperception which makes you plan suicidal actions. The range of suicidal ideation varies from passive thoughts, to extensive thoughts, to detailed planning. Those who have active suicidal ideation try their best to commit suicide and are ready to make the favorable situation to commit suicide. 

What Suicidal ideation is: Actually speaking, suicidal ideation is not a mental illness in itself, but a serious potential consequence of a treatable mental disorder. Your depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, and even eating disorders may get developed into some mental disorder. The mental disorder you have is likely to put you in a situation where you feel that you are not worth living. People who have suicidal ideation sometimes express that causally or passively. These passive expressions are the result of active planning inside. You are supposed to identify such passive expressions and take the situation seriously into consideration. A positive smile, or approach from your part will be extremely helpful in this regard. Understand that all of your reactions are the result of the moods you have. And most of your moods are generated out of misperception. Every single moment you change your moods and this is how your biochemistry is at work.

The physical problems like loss or fear of loss, serious financial problems, incarceration, hopelessness, your chronic pain with no hope of a cure, your belief that your life Is a burden to others, and your social isolation when you lose your friend, or spouse or your break up or separation, or divorce, physical or mental illness, social anxiety due to retirement, or a move to a new location etc contribute to the decision to commit suicide. Actually speaking, it's not the problems but the way you have chosen to deal with your problems can be held responsible for suicidal ideation. 

How can you get over it:  You can definitely get over it. Accept the fact that you are always the maker of your reality. Just follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Acknowledge what is happening: First of all, you need to understand the fact that the Universe doesn't bear anything valueless. If you exist that means that you are needed. Never fall victim to the misperception your mind gives you. You can rewire your brain anytime you want. If your mind tells you that you are never worth the value, try to show your mind the real value you have. Listen to your heart always. Your heart is a perfect organ, comparing to the brain. Try to have your thoughts generated right from the heart rather than from the brain which is bipolar by nature and deceptive by behavior. You are powerful enough to use both of your heart and brain as an antenna to be tapped into the universal consciousness. It's your brain that makes you believe what you see. Actually speaking, life lies way beyond what you can see. Approach your local help agencies for prevention of suicidal thoughts and you can google their numbers. It's your thoughts that decide the course of your life. You are here to enjoy every moment. Your failure is your opportunity to be more successful. Your perception is the reason behind your thoughts. But most of your perceptions are wrong as you are living in a simulated world with a limited living structure which operates with its limitations. Use your consciousness to make your perception right. You are so powerful and are the personification of the Universe. You have come here with a bunch of unique skills, most of which lie dormant inside if you don't discover them. Start your day with a 5-minute meditation to raise your energy level. Step 2: Know how special you are:  You are so precious and your willpower is the greatest force you have and you can conquer your chronic diseases or genetic problems on demand with practice. You are capable of self healing. You are the Co-creator with God and are the advanced form of God's expression on the planet. The whole World is made for you. Use your skills for the betterment of society and the World is waiting for you. If you have lost someone or something, never get over worried about it as it's your optical illusion. When someone/ something is dead, energy (spirit) trapped inside, gets released, getting ready for the next avatar, according to the soul(Accumulated experience while living), it's built up. A pitch of energy can never be destroyed but be converted. Always remember that you are here just to make some experience, get evolved and enjoy it for a while. You are an eternal spiritual being rather than a human being. 

Step 3: Promote your interaction: You are a social species. Get away from your social isolation. Solitude sometimes leads you to suicide. Never let your feelings burn inside and always be ready to share it with someone else. Your friends and family members can definitely help you out and try to solve the problems you have. It's the mood that makes you think about suicide and your mood is the trick being played on, by your mind. Your mood is the mis-projection of your mind and is always changeable. You are a new person every single moment. Use music always to change your moods. It's the best possible means through which you can quickly change the way your biochemistry works. 
You should never try to manage suicidal feelings on your own. Professional help and support from loved ones can make it easier to overcome any challenges. Many people have experienced suicidal thoughts and survived, only to be very thankful later. 

Step 4: Avoid drugs and alcoholIt's one of the important things you can do. Drug or alcohol abuse always puts you down and fortifies the misperception, generated from your mind. It actually pulls you back from achieving your true self. Know that there are other things for you to explore and enjoy thoroughly. Suicide makes you repeat the birth cycle of the same conscious level one more time, once you get your spirit awakened. Know the fact that you are an eternal spiritual being with a unique pattern of resonant frequency. Nothing can destroy you. Suicide kills only your body.  Practice love and it will make you more peaceful and powerful. Follow your passion and maintain a healthy network of people, supporting you always. Throw the negative people  from your life away as you do with a piece of rubbish as their weird reality is not a match with yours.
