WHAT IS YOUR EGO?
Almost all of your problems are out there because you, as a community, decided to stay away from Nature unfortunately and that's the greatest mistake you have ever done. Nature is always your mother, visible. It's high time you unplugged yourself and went outside. Your connection with Nature is the first step of healing itself. 

Why you have to be in Nature: The mechanical life schedule, someone else has designed for you tires you out. You are always in tension. And your awareness about yourself is either placed on your past or future and you stay always worried or depressed. The stressful life pattern, you follow makes you vibrate at your lowest as you vibrate more negatively, which is the fertilized ground for all the negativity inside and that's how you are likely to have a number of disorders and diseases. If you don't clear out the negative energy existing within, it gets multiplied and causes the cyclical repetition of the same, leaving your entire system collapsed. Being in Nature is the simplest way to  release pent up emotions and get totally relaxed. 

What can you do in Nature: You have to set aside some time to spend in Nature if possible, regularly or at least at the weekend. Try to watch sunrise or sunset from the nearly hilltop or river side or seashore. It provides you with vitamin D and better sleep at night. And it's the best way to enhance your moods. Go to the nearby park, nature preserve or garden and get relaxed, walking for a while and do it barefoot if possible. It's called earthing or grounding technique. It can reduce your tension and stress as it can make the level of your cortisol balanced. It can also improve the way your nervous system and heart function, reducing blood viscosity and your lack of sleep. It's good for you to go to the nearby sea or river and take a shower. As sea water is packed with the minerals like sodium, calcium and magnesium, it can wash away toxins on your skin and it helps you reveal smoother skin. The nutri-rich river water is also good for your health. It's good for you to venture out into the nearby hills or lakes as well. The scenic views and fresh air can leave you more relaxed. It's good to practice mediation, yoga or dancing in some park or quiet spot outdoors. It's also good to practice camping sometimes in the safer places.

It can improve your mood and level of your confidence without your knowledge. It helps you feel relaxed with endorphins triggered inside. And exposure to Nature more often can reduce your chances of inflammation. If you regularize your habit of walking in Nature, it can prompt your weight loss. It's good to do Sun salutation, enjoying the natural site nearly and it can improve the level of vitamin D in your system and it can also leave you less susceptible to the heart diseases, osteoporosis and cancer.
