The reverse strategy is an important spiritual way of dealing things. And it appears that it's the ancient strategy explained in almost all scriptures. But the later interpretations definitely colored this practice. It's the success mantra behind your life and lies 100% occult by quality. This happens because those who knew it decided not to make it more public for their own hidden agenda. Reverse strategy in spirituality is the controlling mechanism with which you can run a successful life pattern. 

What reverse strategy in spirituality is: Reverse strategy is an occult practice of the employment of your consciousness. Always remember the fact that you are the personification of consciousness and by employing your consciousness properly, you can control your mind and body. Your mind is the filtered projection of your actual consciousness. Mind is working via your illusory perception, triggered by the brain signals. In normal life, what you do is focus on the thought patterns, triggered via your mind without checking if they're true or not. Your mind, by default, makes you focused more on your memories in the past or on the imaginations about the future especially when the present is the only truth and you have to be focused on the now. That is how you become sad, worried and depressed. Reverse strategy is the mechanism by which you employ your consciousness in order to control your mind. For example, if you feel sad, you have the power to make yourself happy, reaffirming happiness with the mixture of your thoughts and emotions. 

How it works: The employment of your consciousness is what determines the energy level within your body and your neurochemistry is also triggered that way. When you normally get focused on some thought process, triggered via your brain, you get to have your emotions accordingly and the further focus on your emotions make you take up actions accordingly. Reverse strategy helps you make yourself positive especially when you feel negative. Normally, what people do is focus on the negative energy, triggered via misperception from the mind and make negative emotions and actions accordingly. In other words, the things you do with doubts don't have your 100% effort in it. Doubts always make you vibrate down and it's going to adversely affect the way you think and act. How the reverse strategy can be applied in life: It is a very simple technique. But definitely you need to concentrate more on it to get it 100% practical. Use ur consciousness to control the thoughts being generated by your brain. Whenever you feel sad, make yourself happy implanting a reverse thought process. And focus on it. And reaffirm that you are happy. Do it as long as you feel happy and act upon your happiness. When you feel doubtful about something, change it, on the spot, and delete your doubts with the reverse strategy of positive affirmations. Focus always on the now, not on the memories of your past or imagination about your future. Whenever you feel worried or depressed, apply reverse strategy that you are never worried or depressed but energetic, confident and enthusiastic. And you can achieve anything.
